"The a/c didn’t work, the floor was dirty, the pool was dirty but was cleaned after however it got dirty again so we couldn’t enjoy it. Weird stains on the curtains and walls. Lots of homeless staying at the hotel or in the parking lot, was very noisy at night. The bathroom door wouldn’t open fully, the toilet was in the way and you had to push very hard to get the door to push past it. The TV kept flickering so we couldn’t enjoy anything. Horrible stay."

From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. "Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!"
