"We arrived after midnight. Since there was a line we used the kiosk to check in but it said wait for a text to get instructions to get room key. After waiting a long time, no text ever came through so had to get in line. They didn’t have the room with a king bed I had paid for. Was charged an additional $303 for amenities (this doesn’t include $40/night parking) & was given a room with a TV that didn’t work, water in shower didn’t drain and 2 full sized beds instead of a king. "

"We had a wonderful stay! This is a great place for families visiting Las Vegas. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and Tram train made it easy to get to the Strip and nearby attractions. The lazy river and wave pool made our stay exceptional, they were a huge hit with the kids. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families."

"Location and parking structure was very convenient. The restaurants downstairs were very convenient. We also saw the MJ show. Great show! The bathrooms need some updating: there is no shower door. Instead a glass panel that only covers half of the shower and water still spills out everywhere. We also had half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in. There were no extra toiletries. The body soap dispensary was missing."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
