"Stayed two nights in two different rooms, not impressed, - firstly an an up front extra charge of £30 per night for chocolates, biscuits and sweets etc. which we did not want or use. We were told that this charge would be credited to our card after the rooms were serviced. The rooms were adequate, but not as nice as they used to be, and badly maintained. In room 29 the shower head fell off while having a shower. In room 15 the cold tap on the wash basin was loose and moved around when been...
