"I really liked the staff. They were very helpful, accommodating and kind. I’d give them a 10/10. Super sweet. The property looks good but the rooms are dirty. Lots of dust everywhere. If you have allergies, you will be sick. I had to check out a day early. The rooms definitely need a good ole deep cleaning. I would not stay again because of this reason."

"The hotel was well located in Downtown Tampa, was clean, and had all the amenities we expected. We did notice some noise in the hallway after midnight, which was disruptive. This, combined with some issues with my credit cards during check-in, made the overall experience feel average. We traveled with children and found the hotel to be family-friendly."
"Great property. Looks and feels like a high end resort without being expensive. It extremely well maintained and clean from the lobby to the hallways to the room. Staff is very helpful and attentive to your every need. And it’s so nice to a a spacious room baloney.
I ate twice at the restaurant had breakfast then ate dinner there. Both meals were delicious if you stay hear try the restaurant you will not be disappointed."
