The staff were amazing the moment I checked in, they made me feel right at home sharing plenty of recommendations to someone new to London like me. "Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. I’m always dubious when rooms are called soundproof but this really was. We were in the first floor and it was silent - a miracle in central London!
