"We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. They have their own dock to start snorkeling and kayaking from, as well as boat pickups of you prefer tours to reach farther destinations.
Breakfast onsite was great with a weekly rotating menu. One thing to note is that the onsite restaurant is the only convenient but expensive option for lunch and dinner. The main road is not comfortably walkable, although we did do it a few nights for more variety. The front desk can also call taxis for you.

"This was my 1st time visiting Roatan, Honduras and staying here for my solo birthday trip. The island is beautiful. The people are so nice and welcoming. Prime location to stay. Food and activities are walking distance. I felt safe walking in the daytime and at night. Raquel and Paola are so nice and helpful. The drivers are amazing. Shoutout to David. Views are immaculate.
