"The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. "

"Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. "The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit"

"It was very inconvenient having to enter the airport every time we returned to our room but my bad for not realizing the hotel was located on airport property. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the type of room this was. It was a small room with a very tiny bathroom. Not many parking spots either. This is a convenient place to stay if you’re needing somewhere to sleep after a flight and I guess that is what you’re paying $200/a night. "

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."

"Management. Staff EXTREMELY rude and apparently discriminates against certain people? Upon check in, was never told where anything was located ( laundry, vending, what to do about fresh/dirty linen. Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Tissue box, cardboard food container, (empty/cleaned). When i returned, there was a note that they pride themselves on cleanliness. If i didn't clean...

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"The bed /mattress is so hard and in poor condition that I cannot sleep. I end up using the blanket from one bed to put under my other bed to make it softer and still slept only two hours the second night The bed linen and towel are so hard I don’t know how they wash it and dry it. It is so rough and scratchyIt’s hard to use. I definitely do not recommend this place, it is absolutely not worth it"

"Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Hot coffee was available at all hours. Parking was easy. Location is convenient to multiple universities. Room 101 ( where we stayed ) was roomy, but the main bed is against a wall with a mechanical room on the other side that hummed all night."
