I arrived at 430 to be told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for my room. I have an 11 month old baby and if my family wasn’t there I would’ve been left to wait in the lobby. Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester - Marketplace by IHG
I believe this hotel is only a couple years old, but its public spaces were in poor shape, with worn carpets and foul odors in the hallway. Our room was not as bad though it was modest size-wise. The beds were comfortable. Not too much noise even though we had a first floor room.
