Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester - Marketplace by IHG
Breakfast was extra and so we decided to pass at $16 a person. Toilet leaked and ran constantly. Halls smelled like Marijuana and pool area not clean. Overall incredibly disappointing.
