Can't beat it for the money.

It was an inexpensive place to sleep pretty comfortably. Breakfast was typical: waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It's an older property, but looks like they are updating a few things at a time, and it's clean. Would stay here again if needed.

Just what I needed.

The front desk person was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast which is what I would expect for this price range but good! The hotel did not have a bad smell. I’ve stayed in many hotels that smell horrible but this was scent free which was really refreshing!

This is a pretty decent hotel all-around. The staff are pretty nice, the building and rooms are in good condition! It's right in the middle of a very walkable part of Rochester, and it's a pretty safe, comfy sort of area. Would recommend to my friends!

Location was ok and between two areas of higher end homes. Walmart nearby, but location near target was nicer. Room was old/dirty. It served its purpose, but likely would pay a few bucks more for somewhere else.
