"We checked in and when we got to the room, we were going to put soda and snacks in mini frig. The mini frig was froze over and had a bad odor. The gentleman at the front desk changed our room and upgraded our room. Room was very clean and comfortable. If you have the option, get the queen suite. Really nice setup. Staff was great. Breakfast was just ok. Over all the room and stay was well worth the price. We will definitely stay there again when in the area."

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the parking situation, which the staff was very helpful in explaining it. I also love how i cant hear people out in the hallway or next door. Lots of privacy and rest."

"I realized at some point in the evening the over night oximetry machine I had from the Mayo Clinic was missing. Assuming I forgot it on the hotel shuttle I went to the front desk in a panic. The lack of concern from the desk attendant was quite disappointing. Knowing she could have made a quick call to the shuttle driver she kept insisting the best she could do was wait until he returned. I checked back twice and she was rude acted irritated I came back. She wasn't helpful at all."
