I found random hair on the floor, which made me feel sick to my stomach. The shower was also very dirty, and I ended up purchasing my own cleaning supplies to spray and clean the floor for peace of mind. The hotel restaurant was also disappointing. Even though I arrived before other guests, I was made to wait and our table was skipped over. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I will not be booking again."

"When I made the reservation for this stay I thought I had booked a different Rosen hotel closer to the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive but there are so many different Rosen hotels in the area that it is confusing. With that said, I have no complaints about my stay. The price, room, staff, etc., were very good and I would have no problems booking this property again."
