"The pool is being renovated, so it’s was closed. One reason why I booked as it’s really hot weather. Expedia needs to keep updated. Hot Lobby no elevators or any help up the stairs. I was on 3rd floor. Dirty carpeting on stairs and hallway. Room smelled of cigarettes, checked to see if they could change room and the person I spoke with said she had just been in room and didn’t smell anything and offered to spray some air fresh. "Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....
