Many seating options in the lobby area to sit. The included breakfast has many options, and was very good. There isn't a restaurant on site, however the place next door is quite good. "I had a really good experience at check in. Being greeted by my name and even was given a tour of the property. My room was over looking the water but the bathroom was not clean. This property is currently under renovation for a new pool but the beach access was a plus. Sofia at the Palmette was very nice but the valet staff ahhhh. I wasn’t prepared to be questioned the way I was and even asked to show proof I was staying at the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my time in Tampa and the view I woke up to...

"Location was excellent. Land and walk down the hall to the hotel and it’s all in the airport. GREAT!!!"

"Breakfast was average, parking was good well lit and safe! Room was clean and staff was great! Property although clean and presentable was in need of upgrade and maintenance! Bathroom fixtures were semi inoperable, faucets were loose, shaving mirror was warbling and toilet water ran continuously unless you jiggled the handle! "

"Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update "
