Hotel Independent di Pulau Roda

"I was initially very excited about staying at this place, as it’s beautiful and clean. However, I was woken up by noise of slamming doors a few times during the night. Also, I had tried to schedule the trolley to come pick up my luggage at a specific time, but was told I should call reception. When the time came, i tried calling about 5 times and nobody answered. On top of that, I had made a reservation with their car service to get taken to the airport and paid for it. Their driver was late."

"This is not a 5 star hotel the picture are deceiving it is old could have been a 5 star 25 years ago not mantained nothing open or working "
