"The good:
The hotel's location is convenient to LAX. The airport shuttle is great. The shuttle driver super helpful and courteous. Check-in and check-out was quick. The room was clean. Soup and salad (takeout) from the bar was good. At check-out, I mentioned a cleanliness issue with the coffee maker; the clerk said she would notify housekeeping. Overall, I felt safe.
The bad:
During the first test run of the coffee maker, there were a lot of deposits (coffee grounds?). It took about ten cycles before there were no deposits.
The DoorDash QR code was expired.
The Grab and Go Market's hours were posted as open until 8PM. It was closed "for a break" around 5:30PM.
Ordered soup and salad from the bar to eat in my room. A 20% fee was included in the $28 bill. Had to ask the server if that was the tip or some other fee.
My floor did not have a vending machine.
My deposit was refunded but not as quickly as I would have liked."
