"Hotel location is excellent - walking distance to Disney Hall, restaurants and downtown attractions. Room was spotless and - most of all - quiet! Parking is convenient, though expensive (that's LA). Very pleased with my stay."

"The good: The hotel's location is convenient to LAX. The airport shuttle is great. The shuttle driver super helpful and courteous. Check-in and check-out was quick. The room was clean. Soup and salad (takeout) from the bar was good. At check-out, I mentioned a cleanliness issue with the coffee maker; the clerk said she would notify housekeeping. Overall, I felt safe. The bad: During the first test run of the coffee maker, there were a lot of deposits (coffee grounds?). It took about ten cycles before there were no deposits. The DoorDash QR code was expired. The Grab and Go Market's hours were posted as open until 8PM. It was closed "for a break" around 5:30PM. Ordered soup and salad from the bar to eat in my room. A 20% fee was included in the $28 bill. Had to ask the server if that was the tip or some other fee. My floor did not have a vending machine. My deposit was refunded but not as quickly as I would have liked."

"No Restaurant aavialble for dinner - the susih bar and tap room were closed mid day on for a private event. Great location to the airport - 5 minute shuttle which was great - but no food minus processed grab and go was dissappointing. luckliy I could walk to the Marriott to eat, but it wasn't great. "

"It advertises shuttle there was no shuttle the evening i check in (32$ uber ride) in the morning i checked out 10$ shuttle ride from the hotel is better than the uber ride I guess i just assumed free shuttle like other hotels hand soap , towels , couple water cup thats it ! no shampoo no hair dryer coffee station in the lobby in the morning was locked might as well stay someplace else where everything is included "
