"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, and the couches were visibly stained, which made the room feel unclean. The restroom was extremely small and not very comfortable to use. The doors throughout the property made loud noises whenever they opened or closed, which was disruptive. "The Viscount hotel has been around for a long time. The entrance was beautiful and a large atrium with fountain was nice but not used. The room&hallway carpet were quite stained and looked dirty. The suite room was really dark/horrible lighting old . Our refrigerator was broke, the pull out bed had a trashed mattress, the bathroom was out of date, old plastic shower head that didn’t work good, and faucet that leaked. "I was highly disappointed. This was falsely advertised. The building reaked of mold and mildew. The pool was disgusting. Hot tub inoperable. Toilet ran the entire time and even told front desk and maintenance never fixed it. Breakfast no good and got worse daily. Old TVs no way to watch what you want."
