"I took an early flight. The hotel restaurant was open from 5 am. Everyone was cordial and welcoming."

"The pool is excellent, and the cleanliness is excellent. Regarding the restaurants, I didn't get a chance to go in because when I tried to enter one, it was already closed. I think it's a bad idea to close the restaurants at 10 pm, since many people like to eat late and there were nowhere to eat because everything was closed. Some of the golf cart drivers who transport guests would see you walking and wouldn't stop to give you a ride."

"Can't say enough good things about The Surfing Turtle! The room was spotless and spacious. The AC was on point, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the shared terrace is super cute, and not to mention the location is everything. A lovely café across the street, bars, restaurants, and the beach just steps away. I will definitely be returning and staying there again. 10 out of 10!"

"What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. "Everything was great, loved our stay here but our drink vouchers were accidentally tossed to the trash by the staff, and accidents happen but when we tried to tell a women at the front desk reception, she was very rude saying it’s not their fault and that their staff wouldn’t throw the vouchers away. We hadn’t used the vouchers, much less taken them out of our room so it was very upsetting. After my fiancé asked to speak to her supervisor because we didn’t lose them, it was the staff who tossed...
