"We got the keys to our rooms and opened the first room to see a great room. Opened the second to find the beds unmade and the TV on. We alerted staff and after 40 minutes got the 2nd room. We were able to stay on the same floor with the mountain/lake views but the 2nd rooms view was mostly of the silver kegs from the mixrobrewery."

"We booked the premier king which gave us access to the club lounge for appetizers in the evening and breakfast the next morning. This was definitely an elevated experience. The food was delicious. We ended just skipping dinner which saved a lot of time and money. The room was beautiful, comfortable."

"There was no check in from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. I ran out of the water. I would have liked to have more of that. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up. "FYI they NOW charge for parking. We made our reservation months ago so I disputed the charge. They are NOT in middle of a bustling city so parking fees are absurd The breakfast was ok. Could have been better. Coffee was awful watery. But they had eggs, meat, sausage and gravy. No milk many days And no bananas or hard boiled eggs. Yogurt only occasionally. So not many healthy options. The pool was decent. Small but nice area. Hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. It’s like a regular...

"Well appointed room with the most uncomfortable bed I've ever "slept" in. Hard, lumpy mattress covered in plastic which made us sweat all night. Air conditioner barely worked. DO NOT attempt to check-in a minute before 4pm!"
