Excellence Suite
8/10 Good
"Although I was initially off-put by the lack of a lobby and no obvious way to enter the property, it wound up being a good experience. I had a "deluxe" room which was spotlessly clean and had been recently renovated. The property is really 2 very old buildings which have been combined, so there is a mix of modern updating with some very old fixtures. etc. If you need front desk help 24/7, this is not for you since the front desk is only staffed from 9:00 to 6:00. The elevator is very small, but new and functional (on the outside of the building!). The location is the hotel's best feature--one block from the Metro and walkable just about anywhere within 30 minutes or less."

Hotel Quirinale
8/10 Good
"I stayed in room 406 for seven nights and overall had a mixed experience. The room—and especially the bathroom—was exceptionally clean, easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was also quite good and very substantial, which was a nice way to start each day.
That said, there were a few drawbacks. The room temperature was consistently too warm, and it appeared that the heating and air conditioning were centrally controlled, as the in-room thermostat didn’t seem to have any effect. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. Opening the window helped with the temperature, but it introduced way too much street noise for sleeping, so we opted for the room being too warm.
While the breakfast quality was solid, the selection was exactly the same each day. After a week-long stay, a bit more variety would have been appreciated.
Lastly, the elevator doors close too quickly—almost immediately after selecting a floor—and do not reopen once they begin closing. This made entering the elevator somewhat challenging when multiple people were getting on. I got separated from my husband and I witnessed the same thing happen to other people when the elevator doors locked us out."

Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Nice spot close to airport. "

Ruby Giulia Hotel Rome
10/10 Excellent
"This is a gem of a hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Roma Termini—all within a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. However, if you have luggage, it’s better to take a taxi to the train station. We walked a few times for day trips, and the walk was about 15 minutes at most. As for the hotel, the staff was very attentive, polite, and courteous. The breakfast crew was always kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. I would 100% recommend this place; we were very satisfied with our stay.

The Social Hub Rome
10/10 Excellent
"The Social Hub was recommended to me and I am very satisfied with everything. The only thing is, it's not in the city or close to the airport so you have to transport to everything. "

Hotel Artemide
10/10 Excellent
"Be prepared for a small but comfortable room. We made reservations for the rooftop restaurant, food was amazing. We got an older man as a server and he was very rude. Got our order and never came back for refills or touch our table. When he did come back we asked for bread while we waited and he never brought anything. He seemed bothered because they were about to close and we kept asking for things. Other than that, lobby staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to Trevy Fountain. It is also super close to the train station, and a bike/scooter ride away from the Coliseum. Definitely recommend! "
