Clean comfortable safe and exceeded expectations

We had a comfortable stay for our Rome holiday. The hotel was in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of shops and restaurants and takeaways nearby. We felt very safe during daytime and early evenings in and around the area. The hotel itself is slightly dated but I found it clean, comfortable and my mattress was especially good and firm so I settled in very well quickly.

While this is close to a lot of great places, it is really lacking. The rooms are very very small and the beds are terrible. They said breakfast was available but no one showed up the next day. We were able to store our luggage until check in.

I’ll start with the good. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the train station and then to the tourist attractions. The breakfast was ok, did the job in the morning. The hotel was run down. Almost everything in the room was broken. The fridge did not work and when asked the staff said it looked fine, drinking warm beer not a fan of. I would say it was ok but for a few extra dollars I would recommend staying elsewhere if possible.

This is an older, smaller hotel close to the train station. I choose this place mostly due to it's close proximity to the train station since we had a late arrival into Rome. We only stayed here for two nights and I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. The staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was small and outdated but clean- absolutely nothing fancy. It was fine for what we needed.

This is an older property and there were a few things that were less than ideal (mainly a few of our beds were a bit hard to sleep on and one of our power outlets was loose in the wall). Still, these inconveniences did not detract much from our overall stay. Hotel is two blocks away from the metro/bus station and all tour bus operators, has a decent selection of eateries around the area, a parking garage one block away, and friendly staff. Thank you!

This property is dated(old) and cramped, beds are hard, towels old, one actually ripped while using. If you don’t mind this, it’s a good value for the prime location.. however there are many other hotels near by.. A/C did not work.. it worked for us for only one night.. I suggest find another place if you’re staying longer…

The hotel was functional for site seeing. The staff serving breakfast were pleasant. Everything to do with this hotel was about saving money, The linen and towels were changed every 3 days due to ecological reasons but you can pay €2 for each extra towel you need. Breakfast was very limited to the extent that the staff handed it to you on a pre-prepared tray. 1 pastry 1 cup for a hot drink and 1 cup for a cold drink. You not allowed anything else extra. When i booked this hotel it stated on the hotel description it stated no pets. But we had barking from the room next to us and from a room 3 doors away. Would not book this hotel again.

Worst "hotel" I've ever been to

Room was outdated and crampt. No AC(only a fan in the seiling), toilet was in the shower and didnt flush properly, shower didnt have pressure at all, barely dripping water. Also there was no hot water coming before running the shower for several minutes. The door leading to the hallway where the rooms were was locked every evening when we came back to hotel and our key didnt fit to that door. We had to crawl to the hallway through cleaning closet. If a hard bed and slousy shower with warm water is all you need, then this place is for you. I'd recommend spending a bit more and booking an Airbnb. Room was clean though and the hotel is right next Termini station.
