Morin 10 Luxury Suites was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Italy. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt modern and luxurious. The location is excellent close to the Vatican and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Emma front dest was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Morin 10 Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Rome highly recommend

Wonderful stay! The location is excellent and very walkable, with easy access to the Vatican and many great restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Morin 10 Rome Exclusive Suites. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they recommended some great places to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a microwave was a big plus since that’s not common in hotels in Italy. Parking was not very easy since it’s first come, first serve (metered), so you just need to be patient and drive slowly to find a spot. I did see a parking area nearby, but honestly I wasn’t sure how to enter or pay. Rome itself is an amazing city full of beautiful historical places, and I would definitely stay here again.

Made our Rome visit comfortable and convenient.

Quiet but convenient location, 5 min walk from Ottaviano station. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchenette was very convenient. The coffee machine was temperamental but when it worked, the coffee was very good. Adele at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Overall, a nice stay.

Was very close to the sights of Rome. Person checking us in took the time to stay late and make sure we made it into the hotel with our flight arriving late. Breakfast was delivered and a nice local touch. Staff was friendly and made every effort to help communicate with us in English and use a translation app if we couldn’t figure it out.

Morin 10 Rome is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet area. It is a short walk to the Vatican. Other common areas are walkable but they are further. The Metro is close by. The front desk service is great & the rooms are spacious and very clean.

Lovely

Lovely small apartment style rooms in a residential area way from the old core of Rome and close to the Vatican. There are several neighborhood restaurants which were good and the hotel provides a boxed breakfast. There are limited hours on the front desk so if you are doing self check in you will need to let them know about what you want for breakfast and when. It was quiet and clean and the comfortable after the walking we did around the city.

This was a well-priced property (for Rome anyway) in good walking distance to the Vatican, Metro, restaurants and Rome as a whole. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, delivered breakfast to the suite every day. Bed was large and very comfortable. Downside was the bathroom- mouldy, damp and the shower head leaked water from everywhere other than where it was meant to flow from..Having said this, the price was very reasonable in a very extensive city to stay in.

The area was very nice, close enough to the Vatican and other amenities BUT I found that the bathroom was not very clean with some black mould accumulated in the shower. However, the sleeping area was clean and well kept. Would visit again but the only issue was the bathroom

Clean and spacious use of the apartment

Apartment style room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. We did not have AC. No instructions on how to use it. We slept with the windows open. Adele gave us good recommendations on a map. It would have been nice to have coffee.

Close to everything. Inside needed alot of repairs. Black mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Freezer needed to be defrosted. No hot water on our last day. Had to take a cold shower. Bed was comfortable. Had to deal with a women in a next door apartment who was telling us we were too loud when it was before the curfew. She was rude and nasty and we were speaking out on the patio in a normal tone of voice.

Adelle, at reception, is pleasant and helpful. The room itself was disappointing. It has nice floors, but they were dirty. It has air conditioning, but it is too weak to have any effect on the temperature of the room (27C during our stay). It brought it to the attention of management but nothing was done. There was mold in the shower. The property description indicated rooms were cleaned every 2 days, but during our 3-night stay, there was no cleaning or towel replacement done. The location was great - a few minutes walk to the nearest subway station and close to the Vatican. This is not a hotel and it lacks many of the services of a traditional hotel.

The hotel is located in the Prati district, s quiet neighborhood about a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. There are nice local restaurants and grocery stores, and it's not too far from all the major sights. The property is very clean and easy to access. We arrived around noon, and our room was clean and ready. Emma and the whole staff were nice and knowledgeable, giving us options for getting to know the city, and helping us communicate in Italian with taxis and bookings. The room is spacious, with a small living room with a couch, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, microwave, and a small fridge with water bottles. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, with a great shower. The staff provided us with plenty of towels for our 2-night stay. The instructions to access the property were very clear and the cards worked perfectly. The only two details is that the in-room safe has a key instead of a code and the TV doesn't connect to streaming apps, but these aren't a big deal. Overall, a great experience!

Well located. Close to broadway, etc. The staff is A+! I had a little issue and within 4 minutes someone was at my door to fix it. Shout out to Daniel at the front desk - he is the poster boy for customer service 😁. I will definitely be back same time next year !!

Really enjoyed our stay! They had an empty room that was larger and upgraded us for free, which was much more comfortable since t there were four of us. Upon checking out, e we asked to leave our luggage because our flight wasn’t until e evening. The receptionist gave me his number and opened the gates for us when we came back to collect everything. We felt well taken care of. The location is excellent. Very close to the vatican with good food and gelato all a around. Would definitely stay again
