The gentleman who changed are room was very helpful as we requested to move to the other side of the hotel, away from the road (light sleepers) and they were happy to help. "Hotel was ideally located just off M6 with a large, free carpark and was excellent value for money. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with the best pillows ever. The bar and restaurant was full of character and Liz the restaurant manager was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to making her guests stay special. The dinner menu was as good as any fine dining restaurant with game, fish and other options all cooked, seasoned...
