"Had a great stay, clean and close to subway. All the staff we interacted with were very attentive and friendly. We were able to check in before lunch (at no extra cost) which was so helpful, we were able to freshen up and get on with our day! Would definitely stay again."

"Location is great, hotel is clean. Rooms are a bit small for 2 ppl. Bathroom was tight and no bathrobes.
Circular Check in table area was not welcoming. Not sure who was staff and who were guests. Overall location, cleanliness and modern design was good."

"Disappointing overall experience: Unfriendly and inattentive front desk staff, extremely small rooms with miniature furniture (including the bathroom with mini sinks and kid-sized toilets), dark/dank/narrow hallways that resemble a college dorm, and a very mediocre gym in the basement. Other than that, it was great! (Note there was one positive: the rooftop bar and lounge called Broken Shaker, which had very good drinks and beautiful views of the City)."

"Room was very clean and the beds are nice! Relatively big room for NYC- front desk was helpful except when we asked for them to refill the water jug in the lobby. PERFECT location- super close walk to flatiron, Chelsea, etc and the subway station, we also walked to MSG for a concert. Definitely would stay again!"

"The room is clean but very small (like many older properties in NYC). I don't need or use most amenities and found the location to be excellent for my needs. Appreciated the refrigerator in my room, would love to have access to a microwave (perhaps in lobby?).
I had very few interactions with staff. Basic accommodation in a city full of much higher priced albeit newer and more amenity filled properties.
Suggestions: Offer coffee/water in lobby, upgrade lobby furniture and decor,"

"The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station which made it extremely convenient to use public transit. Everything appeared to be clean and the room size wasn’t too small for our family of 4. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day of walking around the city.
It would be better if the lobby was cozier and the lights were on outside the hotel entrance. Not sure why all the lights were off. The bathroom was tiny and the depth of the sink was shallow so every...
