"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, administering to all our requests happily. After the end of our one night stay, my son and I wanted to go on a ferry around the New York coast to see the statue of liberty. The tour ended at one so it meant we could only get back to check out at one thirty, and the staff did not charge us extra. Also, we needed to go to the Greyhound bus terminal and had lots of heavy luggage, and one of the staff gladly helped carry some of our luggage. He also...

"Old and tired. It was a Hampton Inn originally so it wasn’t great to start with, but now it is just old and tired. They make a small effort with free water and coffee. It’s a good value in the $150 range for Manhattan, if pricing is above that look elsewhere. "

"I had a great experience at Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown—this was actually our second stay here, and it did not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance was very attentive when needed. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated that they held our bags in a secure, locked room after checkout. The area is quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel is perfectly located, with trinity church creating a great view, and multiple subway stops surrounding it. There’s also a very clean and bountiful 24hr convenience store right across the street, and a Whole Foods a block away. 2 great breakfast spots (george’s and the regular) right around the corner. Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious great shower and mini fridge. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
