"I was worried by some negative reviews here but this place is actually quite nice. Undergoing a complete repaint inside and out when I stayed. I found a place which is obviously striving to be the best it can become and it is right in the centre of the city. My room was very quiet and I will be using this hotel on my next visit to Rouen. "

The room is large and very well appointed for a person with a disability and the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We ate in the restaurant that night and the food was excellent. "
