Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. "The staff was outstanding but I can't see myself staying here again. The hotel is designed in a bizarre manner - it's incredibly long with check-in/breakfast at one end - you end up walking an incredible length to get to/from your room. I checked - it was about half a kilometer to walk from our room to the dining area and back. Our room was clean and such, but we didn't have any glasses when we arrived (I walked to the dining area to get some) - and I couldn't control the temperature - at least I couldn't figure out how to control the temp. "
