The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. "I had a quick overnight stay at this property where I checked in at 8pm and out at 8.30am the following day. The room was small, which was expected, but spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was good and the air conditioning effective. I was disturbed on a number of occasions during the night with people talking and doors closing, but that's possibly because I was located so close to reception. I'd consider staying again if the price was right, but ask to be located further away from reception."

I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. After getting through to hotel.com agents, they said we need to collect keys from Aberdeen. How can you expect someone booking in a London property to collect keys from Aberdeen? The booking confirmation is also not provided until the day of your trip, which then makes it difficult to even check if it’s genuine. Avoid at all costs....
