"This hotel is super convenient when travelling solo in the city. The room is small but has everything you need. Everything is clean. There should be more staff, as it seemed that there were very few people working check-in, the bar, luggage room, etc. The staff were SO helpful, but management needs to hire more of them per shift, as the lobby gets very busy. Will stay again!"

"Stayed here as we had a very early train to catch so from a convenience point of view it was spot on. You get what you pay for, room was incredibly small with a tiny bathroom and the bed desperately needed a new mattress as it was caving in. However the hotel was clean, staff were polite and friendly. We probably would stay again if we were using the Eurostar but it certainly wouldn't be for more than one night."

"Turned up 30 mins before check in time but room not ready. When we eventually got in it looked and smelled clean. Full window with view onto the street and anyone passing could also see in. Toilet seat too small and also broken. Clothes rail too high, so could not be used. Noisy on a night. Breakfast at nearby alleged Italian. Altonapoli, don't bother. Cups in room like those from a dolls set. Excellent location though"

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."
