"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."

"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "

"Room was very clean, breakfast was good, coffee was also really good. The lady who cooked breakfast was a very nice & friendly. She smiled the whole time while talking to us. The owner was there & she was really nice as well. Also staff & everyone was so nice & friendly. The location is great. It's about 10 mins walk to Apollo Theatre, Victoria station, pubs & restaurants. I'm very pleased to stay at this hotel & will be back again. Thank you "
