"Booked room facing the dock. Large spacious room with great views and handily on the same floor as reception and breakfast area (2nd). Particularly good as husband walks slowly with a stick. Lift close by too. Breakfast the usual buffet and queue by the toast machine. "4* price, 2* service. We stayed at the Leonardo for 2 nights for a family weekend away. There were various aspects about the stay that were distinctly average, and in particulat the customer service was somewhere between poor and rude. The location is good, rooms were good, breakfast was good, but the service was comparable to a 2* hotel which also exist in the area at lower prices. If I was booking again, I would use one of those and I would recommend others to consider the Premier Inn...
