That parking garage is a would be murder scene. how can they honestly charge you to park in that eyesore? Rusr everywhere, some elevators work, some don't. This is the WORST Embassy Suites I have visited, and I travel ALOT. "

"I had the displeasure of interacting with Zaria for both check ins. She was very unprofessional and rude. I wrote off the first interaction as her maybe having a bad day but her attitude was even worse the second time she assisted us with checking in. She set the tone for our stay both times and we won't be back. Customer service is NOT for her by any stretch... she needs to find something else to do for a living."

"When we went, outside of the hotel was being renovated. Free but limited parking at night. Our shower was leaking. However, the room clean, bed was comfy, and the view was amazing. Staff was nice. Despite some hiccups, we would stay here again. "
