"We were only in Houston 2 nights. This hotel was so great. Quiet, Clean, and every staff member I came across was super friendly. The breakfast was also great. My husband and I took advantage of the Gym and that was also very clean, and they have quite a bit of equipment to use. Highly recommend."

"I liked this hotel because it was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and both the bed and bed sheets were well maintained. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice touch. However, the receptionist did not welcome us or engage in any basic conversation. He should be trained on how to properly greet and interact with guests. Additionally, his appearance was not professional, and his outfit was not clean."

"The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."
