Close to the station and walking distance from pretty much everything. Ian Dunkerley is a national treasure. Was such a pleasure to meet him. The view of the water from my room windows was phenomenal. Had a wonderful stay. Eager to return soon."

"Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays."

"High quality twin room , lots of light, heating and bathroom very good . One very small thing and probably me being a little picky , a shower curtain is not for me , however it was clean and did the job . An excellent breakfast , and friendly helpful staff .Definitely will return "
