"The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!"

"Both our showers were filthy with grime, they both didn’t work. My shower had to be replaced completely. It looked like a mouse or a rats nest in bottom draw. "Very clean and nice place, in an excellent location! It is very close to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop (#100) right across the road that goes directly to both South and North terminals. It's also just an 8-minute walk to the train station, where a ticket to the South terminal costs less than $2. "Stayed in one of their attached cottages comfortable. Staff were attentive and polite food was very good. Continental breakfast was acceptable. If staying more than one night there is no room service so dishes had to be washed in the hand basin and dried with a bathroom towel."
