"I would like My room clean and tidy when I return from where I’m going out to Norwich, I would like my room tidy when I get back and the bathroom clean and I believe that The Hotel needs a reverb and new carpets and new bathroom suites apart from that the staff are amazing. I couldn’t fault him at all the food was fantastic and the staff are very friendly."

"The only reason that I can't give the Bull Inn 5 stars is due to the really strange lay-out whereby the shower is totally open to the room. Obviously, if you share a room with someone, you're going to know each other very well, but having some privacy when you shower would be a good thing."

"Check in was straightforward, I arrived earlier than check in but was able to access my room. Room was clean & bright & roomy. Large comfy bed & all facilities. Well positioned for visiting Bury St Edmunds & surrounding area. Lovely village pub which was popular with locals. Staff friendly & food good."

"The lodging here was so beautiful, small style cabins that are modern with a great view and a small garden out back. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The restaurant next to the lodging was amazing, staff were so nice and helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be coming back."
