"The biggest standout that would make me want to come back again and again was the phenomenal staff! From our late night check-in to our morning checkout everyone was top tier. The breakfast was probably my favourite meal of my entire trip! Will be dreaming of coming back for that alone."

"Stayed in the Queen Charlotte room. Very clean and modernized place to stay. Probably the best shower in a hotel/b&b ever. Large bathroom with counter space for toiletries. Large soft towels. The room has dishes and glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge. It was very comfortable. When we come back to Edinburgh, will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone."

"The room was quiet, clean, spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was large, impeccably clean, with a separate tub and shower and enormous, warm bath towels. There was a foyer with a door that prevented any noise from the hall getting through to the room. The breakfast and breakfast service was first rate. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. "

I arrived a few hours before check-in time and they were able to let me have room early, which enabled me to do some work and take a few works calls before setting out. Good location. Nice bathroom and amenities. Housekeeping is poor. Saw huge black cobweb on the ceiling. A dirty mop string on the floor by the bed. Other than these two noticeable details we’ve enjoyed our stay. Once before and again after our tour."
