"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. "Great location in a hip neighborhood. Rooms were very quiet as it seemed the place was full of families and children but we didn’t hear a peep. Free water and coffee all day. Easy to use lockers to keep our luggage since our train departed well after check out. Will definitely book again:)"

"There is no AC. Which wasn’t disclosed. I could hear the squeak of my bed when I turned and same for the people upstairs. While the lobby is nicely decorated the indoor hallways are a nasty stained white carpet. Also THERE IS NO BAR as advertised. They simply sell a couple alcoholic drinks which you better finish in one go as the rooms have no refrigeration. In addition the awkward arrangement with the bed and large TV made for a narrow passage. I have had some rough stays but I was expecting...

"The apartment is close to Brussels Midi train station. Good to travel with public trasnport. But the air conditioner did not work well in our rooms. The staff couldn’t fix it. We had to spent the whole night in 28 Celsius degrees."

Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."
