"I like the room. However my stay was disappointing. The shower water was cold throughout my stay, which made for an uncomfortable experience. In addition, the receptionist was not welcoming and seemed annoyed by guests. I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by checking in, rather than being treated as a valued customer. A more friendly and professional attitude would go a long way toward improving the guest experience."

"This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Place was clean and the room was nice. I thought I had upgraded the room when I reserved but they said I didn’t. They then put me in a 75 degree room with no A/C. I complained and they said just give it time, but it never got below 75. The next day they switched me to the room that I had originally reserved. Other than the A/C problem and the room misunderstanding, the place was nice and the staff were helpful."

"The whole unit was clean and accommodating. The only negative thing I would say would be the bedding. Very basic and had very lumpy comforter. Wasn’t the best sleep. Expected a little bit more quality at that price point. Other than that, great spot."

"The housekeeping staff didn’t properly clean our room. Pillow cases were dirty, we had to always ask for towels. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it haven’t been all day . Asked for face cloths and we were given rags."

"Good location. But very noisy, small room. Aircon crazy loud and someone was throwing up all night in the room next door. Which given the sound proofing meant I was awake all night. Shower didn’t work properly. Food average. Expensive stay and better hotels for more restful stay nearby."
