"Second time i've stayed there and had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub, vanity on the countertop and even on the refrigerator. Front desks response was basically Oh OK."

"Overall the stay was good. My only issue was the hair my friend found on her clean washcloth, the giant bug that was in the bathroom that appeared out of nowhere and the housekeeping staff wanting to know if we were checking out and which room we were in. The cleaning didn’t need to occur until after we were gone."

"Twice I stayed, two years apart and it's showing its age. Seems clean but lacks in overall cleanliness. Beds need replacing, sheets weren't totally clean, pillows are uncomfortable and carpets need cleaning. There are way too many employee areas and lots to be remodeled. Staff is generally nice but they don't seem to appreciate being productive and parking in the covered area that's for unloading and loading for customers."

"The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it."
