"The room was clean & spacious. The hotel location is great with tube station nearby. The only issues we had with the hotel is the shower rod is placed too far inside the shower, which makes the shower very narrow. So when showering the shower curtain sticks to you. The carpets in the hallways need cleaning."

Breakfast staff are friendly. Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine. I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"

"Starting with the positives, the location is excellent, with Paddington Station just a few minutes' walk away, and the staff were friendly. Our biggest disappointment was the room itself. Based on the listing photos, we expected a modern room with an updated kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, the room we were given looked nothing like the photos and was noticeably dated and worn. The images used in the listing do not accurately represent all room types, and this should be made much clearer to...

"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...
