"I have never stayed at this hotel before, but have heard good reviews when I have looked at other Trivelles Hotels. As soon as i parked up at Waterhall I knew it was going to be a pleasant place to stay. I was so happy to see that it was everything and more than what was in disposition as a country side house retreat. 👌 I was myself travelling for work, and booked a single room. "We were there less than 24 hours. They only gave us one towel to share. Shortly after we arrived, a hotel employee used his key card to come into our room without knocking or announcing himself. Lastly, I had to shower without hot water. Not the best time."

"Great location for Gatwick airport. Staff lovely and communications good. Room door lock was standard for B&B so we put our heaviest suitcase behind it to feel a little more secure. The front door was wide open when we left and no staff manning the reception which intruders could take advantage of. However the price and location of our stay was good."

"Maple Manor was a nice little spot, great parking, and friendly staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable - unfortunately the walls are quite thin, so noise travels. Breakfast was good but could be more hearty, especially for a full breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay :)"

"Our bedroom was clean. You could see the garden out of the window but I think you’re just a bit of a stretch to say garden view. I was rather expecting to be able to sit on a chair and look out the window. Window was quite high and quite small. However, if you did stand up, I’ll look out of it. You could indeed see the garden.
