"Carpets were in need of replacing and didn’t fit up to the edge. Half the lights didn’t work and lights by the bed loose. Shelves next to the bed were broken and held on by metal brackets that made them slope so nothing could be put on them. The bed was broken with feet missing on the bottom so wasn’t even. The pillows were useless and went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The shower only just got warm. In whole the hotel has the potential of being a nice place but seems a reluctance...

"The hotel is horrible. The building is in terrible condition. The furnishings in the rooms are ancient. The television wouldn’t function even when the employee tried. The picture of the hotel is either AI or very old. The bathroom was moldy and smelly."

"My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."

"Gatwick airport is phenomenal. The checkin at the counter was quick and easy, so we were able to move on to other parts of the airport. There were grocery stores to purchase food to take on the plane, restaurants, souvenir shops, duty free options, and more. All was accessible because checkin went so smoothly."
