"Checked in late around 10pm a staff member at front desk was unable to check us in as we had to wait for someone else to help. Had to sit a wait with 2 small kids and after a long drive. In the morning Penelope at the front desk was wonderful and helped the breakfast staff replenish utensils and her I changed out the coffee pot. She had great customer service and most pleasant. "

Brought it to the front desk attention, and they simply did not care. Asked for someone to come and fix light in bathroom and was told that no one had complained about it before, and it was too late for someone to come out. Yes that was their answer. "
