"There was a smell of tires and gasoline because the hotel is above a bus deport. I felt very sick and dizzy the entire time. I had to keep the window open so I could breath. Felt like I was suffocating and had headaches the entire time. Locations terrible and is a health and safety issue. I could not sleep because of the noise from the traffic, but I could not breath so I didn’t have much of a choice. You can hear the noise in the hallway, likely because this was previously an office building. ...

"Tuvimos una estancia muy acojedora ya que llevamos a mi pequeño y hay un área de niños que él disfrutó, la habitación amplia, lo que si no nos gustó mucho fue el horario del desayuno ya que si dices 9:30 tienes que ser exacto y cuando van de vacaciones a veces no puede pasar eso ya que puedes estar cansado o por jet lag pero de lo demás súper bien nos gustó mucho y el lugar muy bonito."

Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. "No sauna/spa included which was a little sad but they did provide the option I think at a nearby location. We stayed in a newly renovated room as they are updating. It was very nice, clean, sleek. Bathroom doors are dying out in hotels (not a complete seal for privacy but was good enough and shower was amazing). We didn't partake in breakfast but they did have a more affordable croissant and coffee option if you wanted something light. Thought it was a great location in Lucerne for train station...
