"Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Lovely and safe neighborhood. Easy to use the contactless check in/out. However, I'd share the communication on early check in was a miss b/c I kept receiving texts from Kasa, so I assumed the notification of early check in would be via text too, but it was sent via email. Either way, it all worked out, and we had a nice quiet and relaxing space to regroup during our trip. "

"We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week."
