"Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. "NOT A 4 BEDROOM. this property is advertised as a 4 bedroom and it is only a 3 bedroom. We had 8 adults. 2 of the adults had to sleep on a couch. There was only 6 Bath towels so 2 of the adults had to drip dry. "The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info.
