"The condo was beautifully decorated in a safe location . As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanness ! From the balcony view you could see the parkway clearly . The biggest disappointment was we arrived in Tuesday - there was a sign in elevator saying pool closed June 15. Everyday we went to the pool. Still closed. Reached out got AI responses :( but trying to find information on pool - could not get an answer . Came to relax enjoy pool and find good eats . The inside pool chemicals...

"Super clean and spacious condo! Beautiful place with pool and hot tub. Parking is covered and the short walk to town is the perfect distance! Our second stay and most definitely not the last!"

"Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

"Photos and commentary didn’t convey to me that this was an “apartment” on the 3rd floor of a large building. Signage was sparse and unclear, and we didn’t find an elevator until day 2. Description suggests a 20 minute walk to Dollywood … unachievable. I tried to contact the owner/manager via email prior to arrival; no response. Condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked."
