Hotel murah di Rutledge

"Room and bed were excellent. The parking situation is strange- stay on property for $25 a night if you can get a spot or park in the garage around the corner for $5 a night???? Maybe that because 3 of the 4 elevators at the Chestnut street parking garage didn’t work. Not good for bad knees to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. "The rooms are disgusting they don’t clean the vents they pour grout on top of grout to mask mold and rust the carpets are disgusting do not stay there. Ever"

"The only thing I didn't care for was the bed. It was too, too soft. The pool was great. The breakfasts were plentiful with a nice variety available. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The bar and grill made it so convenient to have a good meal after a long day of travel or sightseeing. The cheesesteak eggrolls are amazing! So is the onion soup."

"Staff were wonderful despite the many many guests because of multiple sports tournaments in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was good well balanced. On site laundry was a big help for washing uniforms between games. One piece of feedback is reducing the abundance of plastic - plasticware, plastic lids, plastic cups, not as environmentally conscious as we would’ve liked. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay."

"Everything was fine but what I did not like was the staff running the kitchen the ladies were very rude and all you can hear them doing is using profanity and having attitudes if no plates were out on the counter and you ask them they give you attitude and start slamming the plates at the time of refilling also you have them talking under their breath about the customers if we are getting too much food or if they need to close the kitchen earlier than usual time. "The hotel had overbooked, so they upgraded us to a suite. I had a separate stay for an additional day. Instead of having us move, they were able to accommodate us for the additional day in the same upgraded room."

"The walk behind the hotel is exquisite. It is just breathtaking to walk back there and recharge and see the beautiful scenery. The front desk attendance were outstanding. Everything was just wonderful. Completely unexpected and definitely will return."
