"We spent 2 nights at The Grandview this weekend. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Nice sized mini fridge too. My favorite was the balcony looking over the beach. The location is directly across from the beach but the "rocky" end. However, you can walk down the sidewalk for a minute or 2 and take the stairs right down to the sand. The only thing about the room I would change is a closet or clothing rack. There is something small on the wall but it doesn't hold a lot. We just hung...

"This was an amazing place to stay. The breakfast was good and the view from our room of the ocean was beautiful. The grounds were beautiful as well. The parking was a little tight at our house but we all made it Its a old home restored and beautiful. The huge tub in our room was wonderful after a long day. "I've been coming to York Beach pretty much all my life, both in season and out of season. This was my first time staying here at the Sunrise Motel and I can say everything was fantastic. From the communication to the room, everything was just great. The room was exactly how it was described, it was very clean and had a little kitchenette. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will DEFINITELY come back!!"
